Service Description

Contract Scanner AI provides AI-powered contract scanning, contract summaries, risk flags, clause insights, missing clause checks, and practical recommendations based on documents or text submitted by users.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the documents you upload, paste, or otherwise submit. You must have the right to use and analyze those documents and must avoid uploading unlawful, confidential, or third-party material unless you are authorized to do so.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Contract Scanner AI does not provide legal advice, and you should consult a qualified lawyer before relying on any summary, risk flag, clause insight, missing clause check, or recommendation.

Accounts and Payments

You may need an account to access paid features. Payments are processed through Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay, bank, and payment network processing rules. You agree to provide accurate billing and account information.

Pricing currently includes 10 AI Credits for Rs. 499, Pro Monthly for Rs. 999 per month with 25 credits per month, and Pro Plus Monthly for Rs. 1,799 per month with 50 credits per month.

Credit Usage

AI credits are consumed when you use eligible analysis features. Credit balances, monthly allocations, and plan rules may depend on the product purchased or subscription plan active on your account.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically through Razorpay unless cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the cancellation flow and billing status, but it does not automatically refund already-used credits or completed service usage.

Prohibited Use

You must not use Contract Scanner AI for unlawful activity, infringement, abuse, attempts to reverse engineer the service, automated scraping, security testing without permission, or uploading malware or harmful content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Contract Scanner AI is provided without warranties of legal outcome, commercial suitability, or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, where such limitation is permitted by law.
