Digital Service and AI Credit Policy

Contract Scanner AI is a digital service. Purchased AI credits are generally non-refundable once used for contract scanning, summaries, risk flags, clause insights, missing clause checks, or recommendations.

Payment Failure or Deduction

If payment is deducted but the transaction fails, refund or reversal timing depends on Razorpay, bank, UPI, card network, and payment settlement processes.

Duplicate Payments and Technical Failures

Duplicate payment, incorrect credit allocation, or technical failure cases can be reviewed by support. Please include your Razorpay payment ID, order ID, subscription ID if applicable, account email, and a short description of the issue.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscription cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund already-used credits, consumed monthly credits, or completed billing periods.
